EXACT AIR was founded by Michael Spencer-Hughes, in September 1987. The Company has grown over the years and thanks to a bit of luck (1987 was NOT a good year to start a business), and lots of sound business decisions (especially during the financial crash of General business around 1980), this with sensible prices, a growing client base of repeat orders, a professional approach and an understanding of the end users needs, EXACT AIR can offer an unrivaled service with regards to installation of Air-Conditioning units and service/maintenance of installed units.

We enjoy many larger contracts with Blue Chip Companies and also many more ‘Once only’ smaller clients. No one job, has ever been considered to large or too small.

In July 2000, it was decided that EXACT AIR would become a PUBLIC LIMITED COMPANY and as such was duly registered at Companies House, Cardiff. Company No. 4032360. This was a natural response to the growing Client base, size of Installation contracts and Company turnover.

This Web site is a natural progression in technology. Air-Conditioning units also have progressed greatly over the years and EXACT AIR has always endeavored to keep up to date on latest trends, HEALTH & SAFETY issues, changes in refrigeration handling, storage of refrigeration gases and disposal of contaminated gases. Staff are trained and confident in their work.
